K4 Solutions, Inc. Awarded Prestigious Contract with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

K4 Solutions, Inc. significantly amplified its corporate capability and size when, on September 7th, it was awarded a notable contract with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The $17 Million five year (includes options) contract is for Trademark Intake Operations Support.  K4 will be providing services to the agency in the areas of Document Management including scanning, fee processing, mailroom support, file assembly, proofreading and QA.  K4 Solutions’ strong background in Digital Imaging and experience with agencies such as the DOJ/ATF and HHS/CMS made the K4 Team extremely qualified for the award.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) – Staffing Services

Pearson Government Solutions recently tapped K4 Solutions to provide additional staffing support for the 1-800 Medicare Call Center in Chester, Virginia.  As of December 2006, K4 has hired and provided program management support for over 800 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) at the Call Center and continues to support the CMS staffing initiative on an as-needed basis.

Air Force - Data Storage Engineering Services at the Pentagon

Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency (AFPCA)

Because of our superior staffing services and quick turn around, SMS requested K4 Solutions to recruit, pre-qualify, facilitate interview and hiring processes, and manage several Data Storage Engineer positions. They had an urgent need for these positions to be filled at the Pentagon ASAP. Given strict requirements by the SMS, subsequent to their client's needs, K4 was asked to find qualified candidates for the open positions in the shortest time possible. Using several proven recruiting techniques and candidate databases, as well as their expert knowledge in staffing methodologies, K4 sourced an EMC SAN (Storage Engineer), fulfilling all customer requirements.

Navy - Program Management Services on SeaPort-e

Alion Science & Technology required a program management specialist to provide on-site management support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TSUB) and financial support to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Program Managers (PM) of TSUB. K4 need to hire a qualified employee who possessed highly specified credentials, including: 2-5 years of related program office experience, a high school diploma, Bachelor's Degree and intermediate knowledge of Financial Management Information Systems used by NAVSEA, just to name a few. K4 quickly and effectively pre-qualified, interviewed and recruited the candidate using proven methodologies and resources.

DOJ – VideoTeleconference and Training Facilities Support Services

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) requires equipment and installation for new VTC and training facilities. Included in this contract are all equipment, materials, software, programming, tools, service, labor, and transportation necessary. K4 provides a full system life cycle of professional services to include requirements analysis, design, engineering, project management, installation, integration, and testing, training and annual maintenance

HHS - Call Center Services

K4 was to recruit, pre-qualify, hire and manage a large volume of skilled Tier I and PDP Specialist Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in many stages. Using K4's documented methodology, K4 hired over 400 CSRs in 5 stages. In the most recent stage (5 th ), K4 was asked to hire 85 Tier 1 Customer Service Representative in a week. Quickly identifying the client's needs, K4 used its dedicated team of administrative and management personnel to effectively source and manage the right candidates for the job. K4's repeatable quality processes following ISO 9000 standards ensured a successful project with quality candidates and excellent management .

Air Force - Robins AFB Call Center Services

The project entails providing after-hours, mission essential telephone answering and messaging services to the “Military Health Facility” (which has approximately 21,5000 enrolled beneficiaries), connecting Government beneficiaries and MHF staff. K4 personnel is uniquely knowledgeable in call center equipment, scripting, training and methods, as well as in maintaining quality and efficiency in call center services through documented and proven call center QA techniques.

Catalist, formerly Data Warehouse LLC, required a new website to accompany their name and image change. K4's experts in web page design and development integrated Catalist's company identity into a highly functional and attractive website, using many web development technologies and languages, including HTML, Java, Dreamweaver, etc.
